Oh man ! I nailed it - completely! Feedback included "best on the stage" "eloquent" and " you were the one who wasn't afraid to pause for impact - you didn't seem nervous at all" (which I was!!) ! And a "you're a complete natural" from the regional chairman!

I really enjoyed it and even rode out a slight delay on a visual aid. Went with the roaming mike - and a few slides behind me - even got voice mails on my machine this morning complementing me - wow!
